Our client company, managing a commercial network distributed throughout the territory, without having a complex and structured IT structure, it had the difficulty of standardizing customer acquisition and managing sales processes.
Often, data collection and completeness are not satisfactory and the continuous change in regulations makes it difficult to update the processes for calculating quotations.
To respond to this need to have a system serving sales agents, operating in different territories, a simple tool has been created for the sales force that allows you to create offers, quotes and contracts in the mobile app, manageable from tablets and mobile phones.
Relying on the solution GLOW, the customer got a tool to offer to the sales force as an extension of the platform Microsoft 365 , in which agents have access to documentation, emails, price lists and productivity reports the company has a native app, fully integrated with the business document repository, business rules and interactions.
With the adoption of the solution, management problems with the sales force were eliminated.
The sales force is always up to date on the price list, rules and sales flow. Administrative activity and cribs decreased by 50% and the efficiency of the sales offer creation process increased by 90%. The efficiency of the sales network also increased by 30%.

The sales force can obtain analysis and statistics on its performance based on Power BI, microsoft's data analytics tool that allows agents to easily and instantly view sales reports.
