Creation of integrated SAP/Documentary system for Electronic Invoicing management (active and passive cycle) and creation of SAP interface /Microsoft Power BI.
After the introduction of the electronic invoicing system announced by state legislation, the customer had the need to implement a new Sap functionality that he managed the new electronic flow.
Furthermore, there was a need to equip the company with new and innovative tools for data analysis and for the maintenance of its SAP ERP application.
The service offered by ASC met the customer's needs with the implementation of new SAP functionality to manage the process of Fatturation ANDlettronica (active and passivecycle).
Subsequently, to ensure correct management of the SAP system, an application maintenance provider landscape SAP was created, capable of providing all the necessary assistance.
In parallel, the intervention of ASC, optimized the business analysis processes, and of the Finance and Logistics sector, creating an easy and intuitive data visualization for the use of Manager.
The creation of the tool Fatturation ANDlettronica was created from scratch, in ABAP language, FULLY SAP INTEGRATED.
Thanks to the technology used, a harmonization of the document flow was possible, originating on SAP and intended for the AE INTERCHANGE SYSTEM.
In parallel, ASC's response provided an application maintenance assistance service, capable of supporting any anomalies or requests from users.
For the creation of the SAP integrated system with the Business Intelligence tool, Microsoft Power BI, a custom ABAP object has been prepared for the purpose of extracting the internal data of the SAP tables, and then transfer them to a shared share where a second script pushes on Microsoft PowerBI.
In this way, processes in the Finance and Logistic area have been optimizeda through an SAP interface with the Microsoft application, which provides a business analytics service through visualizations interactive data and Business Intelligence, simple and intuitive.
